What We Do For You:
Provide paid training and ongoing education
Offer hourly wage, uncapped commission, and weekly bonuses

Qualifications:
Availability for 20 – 40 hours per week
Ability to work mornings, nights, and weekends (Saturday or Sunday Required)
Maintain a professional appearance
Sales experience preferred
Thrive in a fast-paced environment

Proven ability to build relationships with guests and coworkers
Responsibilities:
Oversee opening and closing procedures of the center
Manage guest flow and address inquiries
Maintain Reservation Book and schedule appointments
Educate guests on Wax Pass benefits and products
Keep center front stocked and presentable
Inform guests about current promotions
Arrive punctually and adhere to dress code
Follow corporate policies and procedures
Participate in community events and marketing
Deliver exceptional guest experiences using EWC terminology
Meet and exceed center and personal goals
